Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 14 days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or uncontrollable circumstances (weather, customs, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: All U.S. states and territories

  • International: Selected countries (displayed at checkout)

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs fees, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to change your address, contact us immediately—changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it after collecting additional shipping fees.
